The step-up to reverse lunge is an excellent exercise to add to your routine whether you're looking to improve your stability or finishing off a leg day.
This exercise works great to finish off a leg day and will give you a nice burn. Aim for 10-12 reps per side (one side at a time) with a short rest in-between. You can also do this as a warm-up to work on your balance/coordination. Watch the video below to see how it's done and give it a try!
