Become proficient in the squat, bench, and deadlift with this 6 week strength program. This was developed while working with clients with a diverse set of backgrounds. Clients have achieved 20-30 pounds PRs in some of their lifts using this type of program. It is designed to stimulate your nervous system differently each training day, resulting in a large strength increase by the end of the program.
